McLaren F1 LM

McLaren F1 LM

Base Price: $1 250 000
Top Speed: 234 mph
HP: 680
0-60 mph: 2.9 seconds

The concept behind the F1 LM was that it should be a 1995 GTR, but with minimum modifications to make it usable on the road...
The McLaren F1 LM was created to celebrate the 1995 F1 GTR's success at the 24 hours of La Mans (McLarens placed 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 13th).
McLaren produced five LM's, one for each car that placed at La Mans. All five cars were orange because the late Bruce McLaren who founded the company only raced his cars in papaya orange.
Following through with the cars concept, the McLaren F1 LM runs the most powerfull engine of any F1, road or race, by using a 1995 GTR engine without the air restrictors. The result, an amazing 680 HP beast!
